Privacy Policy

This policy explains what ONAEL Consulting collects through this website and how it is used. ONAEL Consulting is operated by Impact Plaza Network LLC, PO Box 174, Kapowsin, WA 98344.
What we collect
- HELM Readiness Assessment™: your name, email, job title and company, your answers, and your results.
- HELM Systems Check: your name, email, business name, team size and business type, your answers, your results, and any business numbers you choose to enter, such as inquiries, ticket size or admin hours.
- 7-Day Leak Audit: the business records you share for the Audit, through exported files or a read-only account you create for us, and the findings we write from them.
- Technical data: your IP address, used to limit abuse of our forms.
Please do not enter patient, client or other sensitive personal information about other people into our forms. We do not accept protected health information for an Audit; health and care businesses share exports with that information removed.
How we use it
- To show you your results and email you a copy.
- To keep a private link to your report, and to see whether it has been opened.
- To follow up with you about your results and working together. You can opt out at any time.
- To prepare for a conversation with you. We may use an AI service to help draft a follow-up email and call notes from your answers. A person reviews every draft before anything is sent.
- To perform an Audit, and any build you sign for. We may use an AI service to help analyze Audit records and draft the report, and a person reviews everything before you see it. We change nothing in your systems.
We use only AI services whose business terms do not allow them to train their models on the information we send.
Who processes it for us
We do not sell your information. We use these service providers to run this site, and they handle your information only to provide their service to us:
- Netlify hosts the website.
- Neon hosts our database.
- Resend delivers our email.
- Anthropic provides the AI service used for draft follow-ups and Audit analysis.
- Google Fonts serves the fonts on this site, which shares your IP address with Google when a page loads.
If you book a conversation or subscribe to our newsletter, you go to Calendly or beehiiv, whose own privacy policies apply. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Private report links
Your Leak Report and any Audit report each have a private link that is hard to guess. Anyone who has the link can open it, so share it only with people you choose. Ask us and we will turn it off.
Cookies
We do not use advertising cookies on this site.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep your information for as long as it is useful for working with you, unless you ask us to delete it. Exported Audit files are deleted within 30 days after your readout call, unless a build you sign needs them; the Audit report itself is kept so your private link keeps working. To see, correct or delete your information, or to stop receiving email, write to team@theengineroomai.com or reply to any of our emails with “unsubscribe”.
Children
This site is for business owners and leaders. It is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date. Our Terms of Use cover use of this site.
