7-Day Leak Audit terms
Effective November 3, 2026
These are the standard terms of the 7-Day Leak Audit. You sign an agreement with these terms before work starts. If anything here differs from your signed agreement, the signed agreement applies.
What you get
- A written Audit report, as a private web link and a PDF.
- Your top leaks, each with an estimated monthly dollar value and the records behind it.
- A recommended first fix, with an estimated payback range.
- A 30-minute readout call to go through the findings.
The Audit takes about 7 calendar days from the day the records arrive. The readout call is within 5 business days after that.
What we need from you
- Your last 90 days of records, within 10 business days of signing.
- Access through a separate read-only account in each system, or exported files. We never ask for your own login.
- If your business handles patient, resident or other health information, exports with that information removed. We do not accept protected health information.
- A kickoff call of about one hour, and one person who can answer questions during the week.
Payment
The Audit is paid in full before we start reviewing records.
The guarantee
If the Audit doesn't find at least one leak worth more than it costs, you don't pay for it.
- We tell you at the readout call whether the guarantee applies.
- If it does, you get a full refund within 5 business days, to your original payment method. We absorb any card processing fee and confirm the refund by email.
- You keep the Audit report either way.
- The guarantee applies when you have provided the records we asked for.
Credit toward a build
If you sign a build agreement and pay its first invoice within 30 days of your readout call, the full Audit fee is credited against that first invoice. The build itself can start later.
- We send a written build proposal within 3 business days of the readout. If it's late, your 30 days extend by the same number of days.
- The credit applies up to the amount of the first build invoice. It has no cash value.
- After 30 days the credit ends, and the Audit stands on its own as finished work.
Your data
- We use your records only for the Audit and any build you sign for, and we change nothing in your systems.
- Exported files are deleted within 30 days after the readout, unless a build you sign needs them. Remove our read-only accounts after the readout; we will remind you.
- We may use AI software to help analyze records and draft the report. We review everything, and we use only AI services whose business terms do not allow them to train on the data we send.
- We don't sell your data, and we won't name your business or share its figures in marketing without your written permission.
The Privacy Policy has more detail.
Your report
You can use your Audit report however you like within your business, including with your accountant, attorney or lender, and act on it with or without us. Our methods, templates and software stay ours.
Limits
- Dollar values and payback figures are estimates from your own records, not a forecast or a promise of results.
- The Audit is an operations review, not legal, tax, accounting, medical, clinical, financial or insurance advice.
- Our total liability is limited to the Audit fee you paid.
Cancellation
- Cancel before we start reviewing records: full refund.
- Cancel after the review starts: no refund except under the guarantee, and you get the findings so far.
- If we can't complete the Audit for reasons on our side: full refund.
- If records haven't arrived within 30 days of signing, either of us may cancel, with a full refund.
Disputes
Washington law applies. We first try to resolve any dispute directly for 30 days after it is described in writing. If it isn't resolved, either side may file in small claims court where small claims rules allow, or in the Superior Court for Pierce County, Washington. There is no arbitration requirement.
